“I reached out to Catarina when I decided to close my successful 10 year in-person physical therapy practice so I could fully commit to serving others in a deeper and more fulfilling way. I wanted to follow my calling and I also wanted the flexibility to move out of NYC so I could spend more time connected with the earth on my sacred land and with my son.
