You’ll be coached for 50 minutes every 2 weeks and in the process will reconnect with your purpose,  take action to address the imbalances draining your energy, and get clear on your intentions so that you can create the life you crave. Together we’ll work to:

  • Boost your motivation, revive your energy, and heal your depleted body
  • Cut through indecision, procrastination, perfectionism, and stress
  • Increase your confidence and help you reconnect with who you are and what you really want

Since getting coached by Catarina my fitness and social life are at their chloebest and I’ve learned how to make time for them in my busy schedule.
