The end of year frenzy is quickly gaining speed, can you feel it?

You know, that heart-pounding, dizzy feeling you get in December when the days begin to race by and, before you know it, you find yourself colliding face first with the new year on January 1st, bewildered and wondering what just hit you?

And wondering why, oh, why you consumed too much and rested too little, while you ease yourself back into your daily routine?

Slow down, sweetheart. Seriously. You’ve been doing good and serving others all year – isn’t it about time to do something awesome for your stellar self?

Here’s a hint: the answer is DEFINITELY. 

I’m hosting free online group laughter yoga sessions in December as my sweet little year-end gift to you, and I’d love for you to join!

In addition to putting a smile on your face, these sessions will help you:

  • Reign in stress and prevent end-of-year overwhelm so you can keep your spirits high, mind clear, and body energized
  • Bring more joy back into your holiday by learning to laugh with more ease and authenticity
  • Learn laughter exercises you can take with you into 2015 to remain calm, focused and create more energy when you need it most

You’ll walk away from each session lighter and ready to embrace whatever comes your way.

Here’s what’s going down:

  • Each session will be 15 minutes long (you can spare 15 minutes, trust me)
  • Sessions will be on Mondays: December 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th
  • December 1st session will be at 7:30AM EST / 12:30PM GMT / 2:30 PM SAST and I’ll confirm other session times by email closer to each date.

You can participate and interact with me live in the laughter sessions, or you can watch  the live stream of the sessions. A recording of the session will also be available for you to watch whenever works for you.
